Yes it is true. Jammu and Kashmir is having two capitals. The summer capital is Srinagar while the winter capital is Jammu . This is because as far as strategic location is concerned, Srinagar is the most suitable place to control all the political, territorial and functional working. As this is located in middle of the populated area of Jammu and Kashmir. Lot of activity people need to do in capitals so these are kept some where in middle of active area. But in winters, it becomes geographically challenging because it's temperature drops lower than zero. So we cannot run capital in these conditions. Also In the winters active financial area is southern part of Jammu kashmir. So they shift the capital to this part. Hence they have two capitals Srinagar for summers and Jammu for winters. So here we will discuss about the Miss World 2016 which was the 66th edition of Miss World. This edition was held in MGM National Harbor, Washington DC , United States. The Winner: Winner of Miss World 2016 is Stephanie Del Valle who belongs to Puerto Rico . Stephanie was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico on December 30, 1996. She lives in New York City and was studying law in Pace University at that time. Before winning miss World she also won Miss Mundo de Puerto Rico 2016 pageant. 1st Runner-up was Yaritza Reyes from Dominican Republic and 2nd Runner-up was Natasha Mannuela from Indonesia. Puerto Rico at Miss World : Till this edition Puerto Rico has clinched two titles one in 1975(Wilnelia Merced) and another this time in 2016 for Stephanie. Here comes the second lady from South Africa to win the Miss Universe Crown. Miss South Africa Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters Wins Miss Universe 2017 Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters from South Africa, has won the title of Miss Universe 2017 on 26 November, 2017 in Las Vegas. This is the 66th edition of the world-renown beauty pageant, where India was represented by Miss Diva Shraddha Shashidhar, who didn't make it to the list of top 16 finalists. Nel-Peters, a 22-year-old business management graduate, beat out 91 other candidates during the finals held in Las Vegas. South Africa last won Miss Universe in 1978. Outgoing Miss Universe Iris Mittenaere crowned Nel-Peters with the $250,000 pearl-encrusted Mikimoto crown. Nel-Peters helps train women in her country in self-defense, inspired by that one time when she was held at gunpoint and robbed after winning her title as Miss South Africa.
